Latest figures show that the
number of sales listings of residential properties increased by 11% in 2014. In
a study carried out by Cabo Properties, a healthy picture emerged of the continued
growth in demand for property in and around Los Cabos.
Residential properties (homes and
condos) grew by sales volume to $264,777,000 USD in the year, which is a 30% increase
on the year before. The average sales price is also up 13% to $746,000
USD.
They also report that the condo
market showed improvement compared to 2013 with the total sales volume up 49%
to $63,595,000 USD and the average sales price is up 20% to $393,000 USD.
